ERROR Message when trying to access Watch ESPN app

Hi all,
I have recently begun receiving the following message when trying to access Watch ESPN app (specifically ESPN3) on my tv. I have ATT Internet and Directv. "Unable to Play Video 0066. No account returned from UPDA." Any known solutions out there. Thanks in advance.

I had a similar error a while back. I posted the solution on the SunBelt message board, but can't remember my password to be able to access the search option and the password reset function on that board doesn't work. If you have an operable account, you can search ESPN3 on that board and you might be able to pull it up. I think I posted it sometime in late summer early fall last year. I don't remember the solution right now however. Forgot to mention my error was through Roku, so might not be the same.

Just tried again, still didn't work. The email you use to contact support gets returned as well. When they allow people like Catmom to be moderators, what do you expect.
