RIP Merle Haggard

Glad I got to see ole Hag singin' and pickin' one last time last summer in Charlotte.
"Mama Tried", "Think I'll Just Stay Here and Drink", "If We Make it Through December" just to name a few. Real country music!

He was scheduled to be in Macon next month with Jason Isbell. Was really seriously considering going. Jason is going to be at Merle Fest so I will just catch him there. Never got to see Hag, too bad, RIP.

Think I'll just stay here and "drank" is my favorite!
