I remember one of my friends who worked at Hound Ears telling me he was a regular up their and he was a really nice person. She was a server at the club.

I used to work at The Hillbilly Trading Post just outside the city limits during the summer. Back in 1981 Don Shula, Bob Matheson, Bod Grease and Brian Grease (he was about 6) came into the store, I'll never forget that day. Brian bought a toy tomahawk. Bob Matheson was originally from Boone and attended the old Appalachian High School.
