We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. Maybe Neese's finally got the stores or a store in Guilford to start selling it. I still prefer Hunter's but it is nice to know I can get liver mush close to home now when I have a craving.

Re: Almost as big as at the Miami Sellout
I look forward to the day when there is an Ingles in Catawba County. I would prefer it be in Hickory, but I would be happy with anything within a 15 mile radius. I assume something about Catawba County does not meet their growth strategy.mountaineerman wrote:Ingles carries it all in wnc

Statesville or Lincolnton.
They have stores in the southern Triad area. They do have a specific plan that jumps over and around certain areas.

I live in Boone and buy it at Ingles. Pretty sure I bought it when I lived in the Triad but don't recall where.McLeansvilleAppFan wrote:Where?fjblair wrote:Been buying Neese's mush for many years in NC myself...

Re: Almost as big as at the Miami Sellout
I stop at the one in Gastonia on occasion when I am on my way back from CLT, but I am not going to travel to Statesville, Lincolnton, Morganton or the north shore of Lake Rhodhiss just to shop at Ingles. When and if they decide to serve Hickory I will embrace their efforts, but it appears they are content letting Publix and Walmart Neighborhood Markets be the newcomers in Hickory.McLeansvilleAppFan wrote:Statesville or Lincolnton.

Re: Almost as big as at the Miami Sellout
You guys making me hungry.....love me some good crispy livermush....... personally I prefer Neeses.
Due to ESPN causing the Miami early tailgate what would be better than some crispy livermush and chase it down with some smooth mountain mash......Mush Mash tailgate and some molasses on a biscuit made from Miami cane.

This post is a truly remarkable job of tethering this discussion to its title.CornCobPipes wrote:You guys making me hungry.....love me some good crispy livermush....... personally I prefer Neeses.
