Re: Radford Diploma
While the misspelling of Virginia on the Radford diploma is the most egregious, it is not the only misspelling on there. I read in another news report that the word "thereto" was missing one of the e's.

Re: Radford Diploma
I assume the graduates are getting new diplomas. It is a shame the state was not spelled after a part of the female anatomy. If one is to screw up something so obvious, I say go out big.newtoasu wrote:While the misspelling of Virginia on the Radford diploma is the most egregious, it is not the only misspelling on there. Re: Radford Diploma
According to a report on the local news, all graduates from Radford will be receiving new diplomas. They said they upgraded the software used to create the diplomas. Apparently they neglected to upgrade the proofreading capabilities of the people using the software.McLeansvilleAppFan wrote:I assume the graduates are getting new diplomas. Re: Radford Diploma
My Daughter just received her Radford Diploma last week after completing her Master's Degree this May. Undergrad degree was at APP STATE so do not attack:)! Virginia and Thereto were misspelled. And a couple of people in her program received diplomas that listed Virginia Tech as the college. I told her to keep the diploma that is in error and put it up on the wall of her office to see if anyone ever notices the errors!
