App is still in that 9 seed. It's looking like overall record is used as the tiebreaker rather than head to head which I didn't know. If it were head to head, App would be ahead of Sammy in the 8 slot. Looking like App will stay at the 9 spot and can do no better than 8.

It's head-to-head. The SoCon website standings is just a computer system doing what it's programmed to do.
App needs to beat UTC and have Citadel beat Georgia Southern to get a 7-seed. Any other result and App is in the 8/9 game, where seeding just determines which bench you sit on.
UNCG doesn't matter since they hold the tiebreaker over App State. App holds the tiebreaker over GSU.

Ok that makes wayyy more sense and was what I thought was protocol. Thanks for clearing that up.
