Apps up 32-30. Healy just got a T foul. Getting really chippy out there. I'm only streaming the audio, so I don't really know what happened. Is there a free video feed?

Baskin is the best player on the court.

Here's the free feed. Haven't had the audio on, so can't speak for its quality, but the video isn't great. App up by 4 with 10 minutes left.

It's being streamed live on UNCG's website but it is tough to watch

51-51. This game is way too close; plus Healy and Obacha have 4 fouls. Suddenly nobody can hit a basket or nab a board. Not looking good!

The Apps got a late shot in the arm from walk-on T.Spagnolo to pull away. Have to admit this was a good game for the coaching staff...good floor strategy, good time management, good substitutions and good luck.

Postscript: All is not well at UNC-G!

Official attendance: 4,014 - second largest of the season for UNCG

A nice performance by the Apps and although it was not against a very good team, nice to see them close out a game on the road. Made a last minute decision to head over to the Coliseum after the baseball game was canceled and had a good time. Decent turnout by the App fans as well, saw a lot of black and gold.

Hard to get excited - as evidenced by less than 10 posts - about struggling for a win over the nations's 334th ranked team. The SoCon continues its slide towards basketball irrelevancy. 9 of the conference's 12 teams - 3/4's of the conference - has an RPI of 250 or below, essentially the bottom 4th of D-I. Pitiful. Time to get this season over and move on to baseball. The home opener is Monday and spring football is not far behind.

Here's what happened with Healy. The play before, the ball was deflected into the back-court and the far ref called a backcourt violation on Healy. Awful call as the close ref started to signal deflection but stopped when the whistle blew. The next play, he got an elbow in the chest and was called for a block by the same ref and got T'ed up half a second later.

Complete clown crew today. Obacha got the lightest four fouls called on him. Got fortunate that Gee went cold from three late in the game, but it was good to close.

Baskin had some kind of hip contusion in the second half and was in a bit of pain, but appeared to be okay.

And how bout Spagnolo coming in after Healy and Obacha got four fouls (Okam was either sick or hurt today) and getting a tip-in and assist?

That was an ACC officiating crew. The guy who gave Healy a tech was Ray Natili. He works Duke/UNC/tons of big time games. They probably thought the game they had to ref was clown material.

I always enjoy attending this game. App always has a good turnout. Me and my crew were the rowdiest bunch in there. Bet we ticked off the Gee fans but that's what makes it the most fun.

Great win & great fan turnout for this game. Even saw Cobb in the stands looking half-ass interested. Maybe because Greensboro is conveniently on the way home from Raleigh after the baseball games were cancelled, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt today.

Healy's technical was a joke, but did anybody see what happened as time expired in the first half? I looked up to see the tail end of the altercation, but I'm pretty sure I saw Mike Neal shove an official.

Curious as to what exactly happened.

People complaining about Cobb at games need a history lesson on a previous AD and his habits during games.

I'm sure Cobb at least wears socks.

The CC broken record. Kudos.
