Coastal blows out UTA 90-63 in Conway. Hopefully they don’t find their mojo on the ride to Boone.

Now that’s an upset. Absolutely anything can happen at this level of college b-ball. We really didn’t look good tonight. We played better in some of our losses, but I’ll take it. Hopefully UTA is still deflated when they tip off in Boone Sunday.

An official attendance thread prediction would have been nice for this game. Jk Kudos to our men for taking care of business at home in front of what had to be an extremely sparse crowd at the Holmes Center.

When you don't win and play at home on a holiday weekend without students there won't be a good attendance number. Glad we got a win.

Texas State can make anyone look bad. They love the screen and roll in the paint for easy buckets. The good thing, is you don’t have to play great to beat them, just good enough. Tonight we were good enough.

Scored seven points in the first 11 minutes of the second half, including a four-minute scoring drought, and still won.

App played bad most of the game but still won. They could play good on Sunday and lose.

At times we worked the ball around for the open shot and then we would lose our patience and toss up a 3 or try to drive to the basket when there was no opening. Nonetheless, we did enough to win and that is the ultimate goal. Give the team credit for not folding when they fell behind by double digits. I had visions of Hampton in my mind.

True. From I can recall the last couple of years, they don’t score a lot of points, but they generally don’t allow their opponent to score many either...sort of like wofford, but not as fluid on offense, and not as efficient.
