Hey everyone - moving over to the Rivers St. deck this year for parking/pre-game and curious about the tailgating setup within the deck. I assume if I'm not there on the top level, then it's tough to really get some room to tailgate.

Any advice is welcome for a new tailgater on Rivers Street!

Half of the 3rd level in the River Street Deck is open air. So third level or the top.
