It looked like he hurt his hand or arm making a tackle late in the first half. He didn't play at all in the 2nd half.

Boggs and Law both have similar injuries. Both strained oblique muscles. Boggs could have played, but with the comfortable lead he was held out for precautionary reasons, and to get some reps for the other guys.
