So basically about one less than average. I think returning starters is a key stat, but I also think the impact of losing a few can be blunted if you have some experienced, capable players ready to fill in. And I think we have those at the majority of the spots where starters graduated.

I do prefer Bill Connely's (sbnation stat guy) his "returning production" stat vs just returning starters. Mostly b/c it factors non starters returning production. So for offense rp it includes: receiving yds, passing yds, rushing yds and OL starts ... returning. For the Sunbelt for both off/def returning production 1) Apps 76% (80 O, 72 D) 2) Troy 74% (93, 56) 3) NMSU 70% (57,83); 4) TXST 68% (68,68); 5) ARKY 64% (78,58); 5) GaSt 64% (65,62); 7) SoAl 52% (46,58); 8) Idaho 50% (46,53); 9)Coastal 48% (55,41); 10) GASO 46% (35,57).....
