Blair may not play in E-W Shrine Game

Apparently he is injured. Here's something on him from CBS Sports.com previewing the week.

DEFENSIVE ENDS/PASS RUSHERS
The top pass rush prospect in St. Pete's (and arguably the top overall player) was Appalachian State's Ronald Blair (6-4, 272), but he isn't expected to suit up due to injury. With Blair sidelined, it will give another “small school” rusher a chance to stand out: Stony Brook's Victor Ochi (6-2, 238).

He said on Twitter he wouldn't be playing.

What happened? Did he get hurt in the bowl game or in prep for the Shrine game?

He said he tweaked something in a workout

That's a shame. Hope he's healed up and fresh for the combine.

The combine is the real deal for him to shine, the game is nice, However the combine is where he is really looked at
