Liked the rankings but I'd probably switch 9 and 10 even though I understand your quality wins reasoning. It's tough to determine with both programs playing a bowl game without their HC, which could also be said for GS against GSU. (yes Fritz was on the sideline for that beatdown but I think his mind was on Bourbon St)
