I picked Camellia for purely selfish reasons. It's on the drive home for Christmas.

I think what we are seeing is that Go Daddy Bowl in Mobile is just too close to Christmas for most (if not all) of us. It's a lot to ask around the holidays of any fanbase. Hoping we get anything on the 19th. Orlando and New Orleans being my top 2 in that order.

While New Orleans would be fun, to me it is synonymous with the sugar bowl. Playing in an empty SuperDome, doesn't get my jucies flowing. I say, let LaLa have it.

My vote is for the cure. Would rather play an AAC with name recognition.

School doesn't let out for me until December 22 (we get it back on the other end of the holiday, but still), so I'm hoping to be able to go with my daddy to the GoDaddy.

Why would the conference champ not get to Bowl? That is the one team that should go.

Go Daddy. Unfortunately I have family Christmas obligations on the 19th(have for years...drove all night after national championships in Chattanooga to get back for it). Would go to game and leave early the next morning to back for Xmas eve service!!!

I didn't hear him say that, but are we sure he didn't just get "conference champ" and "first selection" mixed up while speaking off the cuff? Because we all know the NO Bowl has never been locked into the league champion before, so if that's the case then Gillin was breaking some news there.

At my age, I'm not sure of anything but I sure thought I heard him say that in the pregame on Saturday. It's also possible he used a qualifier such as "likely."

Orlando or New Orleans would be my first two choices, but my wife & I will be at any of the four bowl destinations!!!

I don't doubt that he said conference champion, I'm just wondering if he might have misspoken.

Going to go to whichever one we get picked for but, Dec 23rd is tough for holiday plans for me.
