“You come off (a game) you don’t play well, you’ve made your corrections and we’ve had a good week so far,” he said. “We’re where we need to be; these guys are focused, they’re intent on what they’re doing this week. You can tell it’s a different feel compared to last week.”

I watched AppState Football on a Charlotte station just now. It was the lead up to the Troy game. While I know this was heavily edited, the clips showed a very...too relaxed attitude. Hopefully the guys can carry the emotion from thr OTs to Thursday night.

I'm kind of confused here, last week the headline stated something like, "App Not Looking Past Troy" or "App Taking Troy Seriously". Now it states, "You can tell it's a different feel compared to last week", was someone blowing air last week?
Nevertheless, Troy was a lot better team than many realized. They remind me of us last season. Anyway, I believe the Apps realize the importance of this game, and will be ready to play Thursday night. I feel it in my ol' bones.

The short week should not be as much a problem for us as it is for Ark State. What would their schedule be like? When would they travel and how would that affect their practice schedule? Do they get a practice here on tomorrow?

Well to be fair a team is never going to come out and say that they are looking past their current week's opponent. They know we were caught off guard on the O-line and I'm sure its been addressed. The boys know what's riding on this week's game and for all intensive purposes this IS the conference title game now that GASO is out of the equation and barring meltdowns from either ASU team.
