Just wanted to let everyone know that I've seen some posts (3) this am from some voters (one in Seattle) that are giving App a vote. Guess we'll see when the full poll comes out but we should be listed with a few. One example below.

i'm sure at some point, Dabo will start giving us a vote to help their own cause

Didn't Georgia Southern get votes last year?

Yes, and they got some preseason votes in the coaches poll this season, I believe.

The coaches said this team was special before the season started. Now they're getting outside recognition. This team is focusing on one week at a time, and is determined to win the Sun Belt. Whatever else comes with that is just icing on the cake.

When we knock off some more teams with winning records, we will move up significantly or at least get more votes. Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't Georgia Southern and Clemson the only ones with winning records we've faced thus far this season?

Even to be in the discussion is phenomenal for our 1st year of eligibility at the FBS level.
Has to be great for recruiting as well.

33 out of 128. Any loss from here on out would knock us out. A close Troy win might set us back but two solid wins in the next two games might boost our rank. Hard to believe Heels haven't cracked the top 25

Playing 2 FCS teams doesn't help their cause.

Their schedule is dreadful.

That's some pretty good company to be among.

As long as we focus on the game at hand, we have nothing to worry about. People are noticing us and that's what matters. All we have to do now is remain focused and win out.

I should have said can't instead of wouldn't. We need some upsets to happen.
