Get in the stadium early for the gigapixel!!!

"However, for the safety of all fans, costume accessories that can be used/construed as weapons, projectiles or artificial noisemakers are prohibited from the stadium."

Question to our panel of Sun Belt experts: Is their a conference ban on "artificial noisemakers"? The reason I ask is because I saw NMSU fans with (more) cowbells in their stadium against Troy last week.
Picked up via free agency by the High Country All-Stars

Yes there is. It was heavily enforced (for obvious reasons) about three seasons ago when Troy hosted Mississippi State...and you know how those guys like their cowbells.
