Only a few small breaks in the rain today. Had it just shifted another 20 miles SW, we'd would have been in drier weather. So it goes....

Wanted to give a bit of personal thanks to Bic C & YesAppCan. You hospitality was deeply appreciated and it was a big kick'n Mountaineer privilege to put faces with the MMB names. Great to meet and talk with other MMB'ers today. Just some awesome folks and the dedication we share for our ASU was evident!

My rain gear gave out about 1/2 time. Just seem to say, "I give up, I'm not keep you dry anymore".

BIG PROPS to the HUGE turnout by the student section. Other schools miss out by shoving the student section in a corner some place (see Charlotter 49ers), and our APP was wise in keeping them in a place of prominence. Students helped to turn the tied when the momentum by our team was getting mired in the mud. Can't thank those students enough.

Forecast for the GA Dome next week.. dry, 74 and climate controlled!

As we watched the student section fill up, I was one proud fan. The students were great today!

I was warm and dry in my Mambe poncho, rain pants, and muck shoes. Seeing through misted over glasses; however, was a bit of a challenge at times.

Thankful to come out with the win and a safe trip home.

First home game we have missed in many years and sure we could have handled the the weather but with the problems here in Charleston we just felt like the road to Boone was not our friend. Really hurt not to be there but will be there the rest of the season.

Soaked from head to toe but glad the temps stayed up and the winds stayed down. My personal misery index did not approach that last Western game a couple years ago. Enjoyed the entire game and appreciated the students. WX, I believe you've earned a well-deserved climate controlled week next week.

The students were AWESOME Saturday. In fact David Jackson profiled the first student in the gate during the broadcast.

I have been to many stadiums on my college football trips at the students at App are among the loudest and supportive in the nation. They were the crowd yesterday.

Agree 100% Love having student section right where it is.... God help the fool that even entertains moving it... Kind of like our "Duke" student section and Cameron...

I was so impressed with the students and the BOD...and The Chancellor who dropped by our tailgate to thank up for coming out. We are getting out Swag back.

The cheerleaders and dance team were also making the rounds thanking fans for being there before the game. That's one seemingly small thing that makes a big difference. Lots of players were tweeting thanks after the game, too.

Adding the cheerleaders to the Mountaineer walk was great. Maybe we can get that up to "event" status like it is at places like UGA and Clemson.

Yeah that would be great.. UNCC The band is in place for their walk as the come comes through...
