W-S Journal: Mountaineers going after 5th win

The Mountaineers, up to third place in the 11-team Sun Belt, have been playing well. They rank second in the Sun Belt in scoring (34.8 points a game) and yards (468), and first in total defense (355 yards allowed a game). Running back Marcus Cox is averaging 114 rushing yards a game, and quarterback Taylor Lamb leads the league in passing efficiency.
I'd say, overall, we've had a darn good transition. Count me in as very impressed with the remarkable mid-season turnaround.

my 3rd post on here fella's, and yes I'm a UAlbany grad. Georgia Southern fan since 1999 BUT have ALWAYS respected your program! Put a beat down on ULL today to quiet down that arrogant fan base. Nailed it!, You guys crushed them and I took notice of those freshmen you got, again great game. The two new kids on the block are pretty darn good!
