Why are they honoring Coach Moore pre-game instead of half time? David said it may start 25 minutes before kick-off. People will likely still be filing in from closing down their tail gates.

If David was accurate, they would miss it by 10 minutes. He may have meant 5:45 or quarter til.

I plan to have my rump in my seat no later than 5:15 so I don't miss this.

Halftime isn't great either, everybody is leaving for the concessions/restrooms and the band needs to perform. But most people would stay since they could announce it throughout the first half. Before is ok, as long as it's well-communicated.

Hadn't thought of that (band) as well as people needing to drain the tailgate beer from their system at half time.

My understanding is that they will have a video tribute at halftime.

Anything less than renaming the stadium Jerry Moore Stadium is unacceptable. But, probably won't happen.

Just from seeing mock ups or concept art as part of App's 20 year plan. I think they are building a dorm for athletes as part of the new additions

Tom Osborne, Woody Hayes, Bo Schembechler and Vince Dooley don't have stadiums named after them. Bobby Bowden has the field but not the stadium. Bear Bryant got his name added to the stadium with a hyphen. Oklahoma has had two coaches who won three national titles each and didn't name its stadium after either.

Not saying App shouldn't honor Moore in some major way, but I think "unacceptable" is a little strong.

Moore-Brewer Stadium, or Brewer-Moore Stadium is fitting.

I was a sophomore before I realized that Kidd Brewer was one person. He had two last names.

How about we re-name Mount Rushmore to Mount Jerrymoore!
