Charlotte is the worst team on the list...yet if I could only win one game on that list I would pick Charlotte. I would say Southern Miss has the most football tradition of the bunch while Old Dominion might be the best team on that list. I like the fact that all of them are winnable. Scheduling a bunch of money games against big names is a horrible idea for bowl eligibility.
