Was everyone supposed to receive the Yosef Club membership card or just those above the $1000 Chancellor's giving level?

Only the $1000+ folks are supposed to get the club room pass. Unfortunately, there was no way to tell the club room pass goodies packet from the non-club room pass other than by which box they were in.
