"App State broke in a new coach last year and went 4-8. They are making the jump from FCS to FBS this year. If Michigan only wins 28-17 then we are in for another long year and an off season coaching change."

Interesting. May just be what happens. Or a Wolverine loss even.

well, they are entitled to their opinion....their wrong, (hopefully), I don't see how they can be that confident when their team is picked to finish middle of the pack in their own conference, tons of question marks on the offensive side, weak offensive line, with alot of new faces, and their best returning lineman out for this game, only one playmaker at the wide receiver position, no running game to speak of, not sure who will be the starting qb, and a new offensive coordinator. Again I don't think we will win the game, but I would be disappointed if we are not competitive, (within a couple of tds late in the 3rd), and probably fade in the forth

I'm not surprised at all with the lopsided scores being posted over there. It's the same comments every time we play a BCS team. Nothing new there and pretty much a waste of time to read. If I were a player for App there would be no pressure for this game. Just keep it close by halftime (within 10pts) and the third qtr will really be the deciding point in the game.

SS is pretty much the only guy who was apart of the game in 2007 so all this talk of revenge doesn't hold much weight the players. It's more for Michigan, as a football program, not wanting to get embarrassed again. It should be a fun game to watch but I'm honestly more excited to see how we do against USA, ASU, and Lafayette.
