We're also fortunate enough to be joined by Appalachian State Mountaineer's Coach Scott Satterfield (@AppStCoachSatt on Twitter). Coach Satterfield was the App State QB during the 1991 through 1995 seasons. He later served as an Assistant for the 1998 through 2008 seasons, then returned back as the Offensive Coordinator for the 2012-13 season. Named Interim Coach for the Mountaineers around December 2nd, 2012 and dropped the "Interim" title on December 14th, 2012. We cover just about everything, including a Fan Interactive segment.

In addition to all of this, we'll cover the Sun Belt Media days and the latest news regarding a re-arresting of a UGA Bulldogs player (previously arrested due to the Check Writing scandal earlier this year at Georgia), and so much more.

Interesting and good interview. I think most will be interested to hear the answers he gives to both Doug's questions and the fan questions. Not the normal run of the mill interview. Definitely worth the listen.

I'm of the mindset that it's "App-uh-lay-shun". Jay pronounces it with "latch".

The school is pronounced App-a-latch-ian. End of story. The mountain range can go either way.

You can pronounce the mountain range however you'd like, but the university only has one. Pretty sure the alumni of it have it right.

There is only one way to pronounce the university. Think of it like a sir name.

I stand corrected and will make sure I do a Mea Culpa on next week's show. I do appreciate y'all setting the record straight and being somewhat gentle in the chiding.
