Sooooo they’re just reverting back to what we already had? Hopefully they actually made some changes otherwise having a reveal to go back to the uniforms from a few years ago is kinda lame.

At least this isn’t the typical ESPN uni reveal puff piece showing “new” uniforms that look pretty much like, well, the old uniforms.

Maybe some other color combos with stripes? Yeller with black stripes and white with black stripes?

I like those too, but need bigger numbers and letters. Can’t have the MLB size font issues again.

The release trailer only showed black and white combos. No yellow...ahem..."gold" variant.

They already know who we are, the new uniforms are to confuse them. They know who Georgia Southern is and there is nothing on most of their uniforms to let you know who they are as well as Alabama.

This is a lot cleaner uniform. Maybe it creates an optical illusion that makes Appalachian Football Players seem larger.

The block A on the side of the sleeve was a third to fourth of the size of the block A on side of the helmet.

Stripes are goofy. Why? Just roll with all black at home, all white on road. No retro or alt unis. Classic/ recognizable. The more alt unis you do, the more you lose your brand

Looks good...just happy to have sleeve stripes...will take what I can get.
These sleeve stripes are the catalyst for an undefeated season

I like the Block "A" on the sleeve, the helmet, and the hip on both sides of the pants. If no Block "A" on the sleeve then put it o the top over the shoulder pad. That way no matter what angle appears on TV there will always be a Block "A" with Mountaineers script showing.

I'm from the school of the Old School Yosef Head logo but if the Block "A" is our standard then make it show up and stand out.

I could go for some Yosef on the uniform. I need more Yosef...
