Sorry to be a broken record. Mobile tix question

I have 4 regular season tickets and 2 club seats.
I was able to download to my Wallet the club Seats, and transfer/forward two sets of my season tickets. But I can’t download my other 2 season tickets which seems odd although I see this message on my tickets account:
“check back 48 hours before the event to download your ticket.There's no mobile pass available for this ticket. Please check your confirmation email for more info”.
Does everyone have to check in and download their tickets 48 hours before the game?

I'm getting the same message for an extra ticket I bought for the Tarhole game. I've emailed the ticket office twice with no response. Forget about trying to call them.

I'm getting the same message on mine. I transferred some regular (non-club) tickets, to a friend, and he said he has been able to download and put them in his Google Pay/Wallet.....so, I'm thinking if this doesn't resolve, transfer them to myself and download them??? I may do that anyway as I know Google Pay works well. Just a little hesitant to mess around in any way with the UNC tix

For what it’s worth, I couldn’t get them to download to my apple wallet from the mobile website, but it worked using the new app.
Seems crazy that no one is answering the phone during the biggest game week ever.

Thanks for the replies. I’ve been using the new app but still won’t download those two tickets. I think I’ll try the suggestion to forward to myself and see what happens lol.

Anyone know how to cancel a transfer, that was never accepted on the MAf app?

If you're not a member of MAF, how do you accept tickets? I sent one to my buddy that goes to games with me and it took him to login with his email. Does he have to create an account with MAF or Paciolan?

Getting the same message on the app and mobile website. I had been seeing this message for weeks and just wasn’t sweating it. I thought it was weird my Panthers PSL’s which are also mobile I can access all 9 games months before kickoff, but wasn’t too worried. Remembered to put this ticket in my wallet tonight and I’m getting the same message. Time to panic!
