I think the schools have received the 2022 football schedule. Anyone hearing anything???

Schedules are released annually on March 1st. Nobody has leaked anything. If they did the league would have a pretty strong idea of who leaked it (being they only sent it to 10 ADs). Be patient.

We'll know tomorrow at 10 a.m. Apparently many of the Sun Belt Thursday games have already been preselected, which has not always been the case.

And it will be 14 teams. And the newcomers will get their share of weekday games.

App @ Marshall mid-week seems like a LOCK.

I imagine App @ CCU would be another one.

We may avoid a mid-week home game.

That would be awesome if that is the case

I am interested in seeing who the home games will be. I’ve heard a few things that suggest some twists in what we can expect.

The Sun Belt Chump Cajuns and 'America's Team' Chanticleers are due some of that Thursday night love. And they can have it far as I'm concerned. Give me some Saturday at the Rock.

Well dang...some friends and I were talking about driving up to Marshall for the game this year, but if it is on a weeknight that pretty much ends that idea for us due to work schedules. Maybe another year though.

UPDATE....Just saw the schedule this morning and it looks like the Marshall game is still scheduled for a Saturday so maybe the trip can still happen this year! GO MOUNTAINEERS!!!

It was a possible scenario, but only after all other options were explored. I am interested to see how it played out.

Because of the new member being fitted in, there's a chance that either someone is coming to Boone two years in a row or App is going somewhere two years in a row.

The two Marshall game scenario....I would rather play a "non-conference game" conference opponent from the west.

Another scenario...if we beat the Tarheels and keep it close with A&M and win the sunbelt, I don't think two FCS teams would hurt us. I hate to have two fcs games at home but I don't think it would keep us from the NY6 game. (If the rule is still you have to be a conference champion.) Assuming the Tarheels have a decent season and A&M goes deep (11 wins) which I think both are possible. Has anyone heard if the two FCS teams is still a possibility?

Well, they are playing Robert Morris, but not until 10/29, the Saturday before our Thursday game at Coastal

Not thrilled with Robert Morris, but I guess we took what we could get.

Not ideal having two fcs opponents but we do have 7 home games so I'll take it

For now only the 1 weekday home game it looks like. A Wednesday though.

Other than Coastal, Marsh and Suth’rin all on the road, this is a good schedule.

2023 we get these three at home along with EZU.
