I really like this. We are starting to think outside the box to get students involved in the Yosef Club from the get go.
Great idea. Go App #beatUNT

Re: New SYC Benefit
I like it.
My son drug his feet in signing up as a freshman this year. He didn't win the student lottery for the first game. Then, he signed up as a Student Yosef Club Member and received tickets for the next two games he requested.
I challenged him, Pre-Covid to attend every home basketball game during his time at App and to recruit other Freshmen to go to games. Hopefully, he'll be a part of a core group that adds attendance in the Holmes Center.

Re: New SYC Benefit
I paid for my daughters SYC membership each year. They did allow SYC members in 15 minutes early which serves sort of the same purpose. My daughter never did that due to either her friends or then boyfriend not being in SYC or she preferred to go in with me when I was able to attend games.
For $25 it was not a bad deal as it came with a T-shirt also and if paid for all four years at one time there was a slight discount.
It is good to see them ramp up the benefits, especially when the benefits are going to cost next to nothing.

This is my very generic signature added to each post.

Re: New SYC Benefit
Like this a lot. Mrs. 89 was the SYC president in our senior year. I ended up tending bar in the Yosef Room in Owens. Unpaid of course unless you count all the Jack and Coke I drunk 🥴
