Marcus is going to have his coming out this year if we actually get to play. I feel like in many cases he was the go to guy last year, but when you got a NFL caliber guy in front of you what do you do. I still say we play in the Cotton Bowl if we had let him finish that late 4th qtr drive against Southern last year.

That was good vision by Williams and solid blocking by the OL. I do think if we could play 12 games he puts up 1200 yards for sure. With our OL and his ability he should have no problem putting up 100+ yards a game. Williams was indeed good enough to be All-SBC in 2019 but like you said was behind a NFL caliber runner. The funny thing is we have a couple behind Marcus who could be as well.

Not sure he’s the best we have but he’s a good one.

Harrington & William's Jr can ans should be RB1.
Peoples will be the RB1 of the future.

I've been a fan of Williams since his Freshman year. I think he has a huge up-side and has probably been under utilized. It's a great "problem" to have when the depth is so good that talented players just can't get enough touches. I think People's is going to be a monster also. We definitely have a 3 headed monster at RB this year. Since UL used that term last year, we need to come with a unique name for these guys!

Also expect another Williams #24 (Ben Williams) to show us what he’s got with some carries this year.

I like a Williams as well, but was thinking we might see the biggest “breakout” season from Harrington. He seems similarly elusive to Evans when in space. If we play, I just hope he can have an injury-free season for once. There’s no doubt that we at least 3 guys with different styles/skills that we can throw at opposing defenses.

Lets not forget about Raykwon Anderson who is more than serviceable at the position.
We've got the best problem to have...too many good guys that want the ball.

I think Raykwon Anderson remains at RB (or possibly splits time) for this season but moves to WR next year. No inside information but that's my thinking.
