I'm sure the usual peanut gallery comments will follow...

I dont know why I listen to these anymore. I could go back and get a 1989 Jerry Moore interview, and it will basically be the same thing, with a few name changes. Jerry Moore is not Mr Excitement, but he fortunately makes up for it by holding the title Mr ThreePeat.

Yeah its hard to get anything new out of his interviews but that is one of the things that I like about him, he stays classy and compliments the other team and their abilities while showing confidence that we are going to win no matter the opponent.

DANG! How big is #76 in that photo? Based on the other players, who surely are no smaller than 5'10", he looks about 7' 5". I'd guess his weight (if I have the height right) at about 425 lbs.

Chit!!! Nose tackle?

I'll get the peanut gallery out of the way.

ECU is a good team that plays hard.
Ruffin is a fine coach with great roots in Texas.
Ruffin's kids will play the game the right way.
They've got a good staff at ECU with many ASU ties. Can't wait to talk with them pregame.
First game of the year equals a lot of jitters and excitement. Have to minimize mistakes.
ECU is a great environment to play in and a good test for our kids.
Fal camp was very tough but the kids are responding well this week. Lots of energy,

That's OK. There's not much else to do until kickoff.
