So we get ULM next up. On paper, this seems like a shootout, but we saw what happened last night and I have no idea what to expect. Their QB is a stud both running and passing, but their defense looks atrocious. Glad this ones at home as we seek to move to 6-0! Anyone got any feelings about this game?

I'm confused on this one as with most of our opponents so far this year. Take FSU to overtime but get absolutely killed by ISU.

My feelings....
Duck Dynasty, Ming Dynasty, Donald Duck, Mighty Ducks....it don't matter App 45-17.

This is going to be a tough one. We are about 25-30 points better than them but as we saw last night you truly never know. This one may be the shootout we expected last night.

True, but they've only lost close game to BSU and UVA. Beat NCST and UoL. So they aren't horrible.

I haven't researched this but it seems like ULM has a history of winning big games they shouldn't and then just being generally bad...their program is an enigma. Which doesn't give me warm fuzzies...

Don't forget ULM put up over 50 on us 2 years ago and Evans had over 300 yards passing.

ULM doesn't stand a chance. It's not even going to be close. Not even a remote chance they win this. We could play our second string and win.

We were at a completely different place in 2017 than what we are now. Plus, it's a lot easier coming home for homecoming after a big win....compared to 2017 when we had to go to Massachusetts, had a bad loss, then had to travel again the following week.

They play tonight on ESPN U if you want to do a self scout. Starts kind of late (9:15) so I will probably only watch the first half.

Their passing game is good. Evans could be the second best QB we face this year. The passes over the middle continues to hurt us.

Watching Texas St and ULM right now. Neither of these teams look very good. Also of note is that ULM apparently has one of the worst (statistically) rush defenses in FBS. Think we will probably see a very heavy dose of the run next weekend.

Noticed they scored on first drive. TX St turned it over on downs next drive. Punt fest so far after that and 1 INT thrown by ULM.
