CBS Sports shows it at Noon on Nov 3. Is that a done deal?

No, that's a default time. Sun Belt and CCU still say TBD. We'll know for sure by the 23rd at the latest.

Good grief, I hope it is not a noon kickoff. Hoping for 2 pm or later! Can't head down until late Friday or early Saturday.
