So PSU gets credit for a quality win, moves up two but we get nothing? I think we were actually higher than 57 preseason FWIW.

Rankings are only going to change so much coming off a loss, no matter how "good" a loss. Let's just play our schedule and see what happens. I feel pretty good about this season.

I don’t think the voting happens until tomorrow since FSU/Va Tech play tonigh.

It has to be incorrect considering how LSU boat raced Miami and is still showing ranked 30th. The final score of that game did not indicate how dominant LSU was in that game.

Completely agree. These polls are ridiculous for at least the first 5 or 6 games. If you are 6 and 0 midway you are pretty good, 2 and 4 probably not. A good team that loses in OT to a team considered top 10 is still pretty damn good. Who the heck knows what team is the number 53 much less the number 12. Useless to fret.

Why should we care about a ranking after Week 1?
