Preseason Bottom 10

Well, I guess a new A.D. and the light rail couldn't keep Concord University-at Harrisburg out of their usual nesting place- ESPN's Bottom 10.

ECU also receiving votes too. Can't believe he'd dis an almost-Big 12 team like that.
