Has anyone received their Charlotte tickets yet? Are they mailed separately?

Received this email from a UNCC ticket rep on Tuesday morning:

"They were being mailed yesterday so you should see them sometime this week.  Let me know if you do not receive them by Saturday and we will make sure you get taken care of."

No tickets as of this afternoon though

Avoid will-call at all costs....drive to Clt if you have to to get them
