As a follow-up to the conference schedules thread - can someone remind me/us of how the conference championship game works next year - will there be divisions?

Yes, I believe so. East and West Divisions. Winner of each plays the Championship game at the home of the team with the best record.

Our division: APP, Coastal, GA State, GA Southern, Troy
West: ARK State, ULL, ULM, South Alabama, Texas State

Yes. Two divisions. Division winner with the best conference record host the title game against the winner from the other division. I would expect that tie breakers for home field and divisions would be similar to what C-USA has set up.

I'm pretty certain the game will be played at the divisional winner that has the best ranking in the College Football Playoff poll.
