It's bad, but a great individual performance is kinda washed away by a loss. I'm sure Boggs would say the same! He played his butt off though!

Super solid for four years. Maybe our most painful loss next season.

We seem to develop a stud LB or two each year Last year Law, Gilcrest, Stringer and Boggs. This year Boggs, Stringer and Flory. Next year Flory and ??????

Boggs is probably the most consistent LB since DJ Smith, I expect he’ll have a similar if not better pro career. Above average size and speed, but just football IQ helped both those guys succeed beyond measureables.

I don't think most people realize how necessary it is to have LB's that can make the calls in this defense. That will hurt as much as anything next year. Woody and Jones have depended heavily on Boggs the last couple of years. Even more so than some of the guys that were older than him.
Also saw where Bret Strelow tweeted that Boggs is one of only 2 active FBS players with over 300 tackles, 10 sacks, and 7 ints. Didn't realize that.

He's the Defensive Player of the Week and love this stat:

Boggs is one of only two active FBS players with at least 300 career tackles, 10 sacks and seven interceptions.

"Boggs the Beast" ...says it all.
