It may be due to CCU wearing down some, but Williams hit the holes provided by the oline well in the second half and has the look of a solid RB, runs more like Upshaw at the point of contact than Moore.
I think we have found a guy that can spell Moore down the stretch or even start.
We've got some talent the last couple recruiting classes and with injuries piling up we're going to need them.

Re: Williams
Hope he’s just spelling and not having to start. He was good early in the year except fumbles.

Re: Williams
He did. Harrington did as well. Williams had a nice run outside that was called back. I think that some of that was backing out guys out of the box. But the effort was fantastic.

Re: Williams
Yea I really like Williams. We will see lots of him in the future. He's thicker than the true freshmen we have at rb. I think he's a little smoother in and out of his cuts than Upshaw and a little quicker.

Re: Williams
He did score two big TDs but we still struggle on the ground. Glad he's available as we are getting thin there. Moore has not been very durable this year.
Of course, outside of his one jaunt of 34 yards, he averaged less 3 yards a carry.
