Any word yet about when RISE begins? I know Kelsey is gone but I hope RISE continues. Last year's shows have helped me survive since the Camelia Bowl.

I hoped it was coming back but have not seen anything about it. I loved that show.

No Around The Mtn. either. Pierre and his brother are doing a weekly radio blog however.

Can you be more specific as to his brother? Doesn't he have something like 8 brothers?

There's a lot of change this year with a new crop of employees. Mountaineer Talk, both on Tuesdays and post-game, doesn't do phone calls anymore, but rather #MountaineerTalk and email.

Loved the show too. Sad it's not back. Would like to see something like this done weekly that follows ALL (or as many as possible) sports throughout the year since many don't have great ways to highlight themselves.

I met one of Pierre's brothers in Durham two years ago. This brother played FCS football (NCCU maybe or somewhere in Va). They were doing a radio podcast then. I'll see if I can find that old post.

I believe he played at Virginia State outside of Petersburg.
