So you can still get a Library pass at the $250 level, just not on the roof?

One step closer to no non-reserved parking for games.

Biggest change is that Hill Street goes from General Parking to Handicapped Parking.

Lots of students will be mad about this, parked a may times at that location, when I was in school, and walked to campus for the weekend/game.

Great idea about making the rooftops premium.

I get why they are doing this, but I can see where enforcing the top of the decks could be problematic. They will need to have someone posted to check passes as one enters the top. Another thought, will the Deck Toppers be required to park on the top? I am thinking that some may want to park underneath for a rain/bad weather game which could edge out the standard parkers. While I don't like the increase personally, let the law of supply and demand work.

I park in rivers st. But I could park in library if requested. I don't think higher level contributors should park in lower contributions lots. As library is always competitive for spots at 250 then add higher contributors it increases the amount of people vying for already oversold spaces.

So it's raining, cold, wind blowing, do top parkers have to park on top anyway? I bet no. But can also non top parkers park on top if deck is full and toppers have parked under? I bet no on that also.

It is my understanding that if someone moves from a lower lot to a higher lot (like me) that higher level pass is made available to others. No matter, the pass you have is the lot in which you park.
