Let's just say within the next 6 years the Conferences go whacky again - the P5 break away and the G5 decide to have their own playoff system with early round games at home sites - APP would be left out? - Correct - Do FCS teams in NC face this same playoff ban? - What if our baseball has a fantastic season - no home post-season games? - Don't guess even if our basketball made the NIT they'd be able to play at Holmes? What about other APP sports, will they not be allowed to home playoff games?

No, that's not how it works. The ban applies to neutral sites, not on-campus games.
You probably don't need that much of a hypothetical either, since the Sun Belt football championship game will likely be held on the home field of one of the teams.

The NCAA had this same ban in SC for 15 years. It didn't seem to hurt Clemson, SC, or any of the other schools. The only thing SC missed out on was a few possible first round NCAA Tournament games.

Anyone care to speculate on what would have happened if a man was in the womens rest room relieving himself beside a six year old girl during the Greenville,SC NCAA games last week....

But wouldn't that come under the domain of the SunBelt and not the NCAA? - The SunBelt sanctions the championship game, correct?

Well, he'd be in a private stall, so the women in there would probably give him a sour look when he walked out and that would pretty much be it.
Of course, since we didn't hear of any such incident, I would guess there were no major problems of that sort, just as there almost never are.

True, good point.

Makes one ponder why Charlotte enacted it's ordinance then , in the first place.
