I actually like them; however, does kinda go against tradition. Anything special about the helmets?

Bowl games are supposed to be fun for the players. Our players love the look.

Don't really see how it's a bad omen considering the only time we've worn them we blew out a team that finished 9-3, 31-7.

As I've mentioned in another thread, it just doesn't seem like our marketing and communications department knows about branding for Appalachian.

I would bet my Yosef contribution that it will the white block A. There is 0% chance we bust out a special decal for a game that we might not have even played if we didn't win 6 games.

I agree, you do not have A black a on the uniforms and then I'll white A on the helmet. You cannot even see the White A on TV.

Black helmet white A. We spend way too much effort in making people try and figure out who we are.

There's a bit of a one-size-fits-all feel to their efforts at times.

I think they chose to go this route so folks would have something else to complain about. And, if we are the visiting team, did we a choice?

Hate the white helmets. The rest of the combo looks good though. I guess they had to justify the cost somehow...

Certainly. We might have had to wear the white jerseys, but not white pants/helmets.

I have never liked an all-white look for any team, however, I was pleasantly surprised as to how good they looked for that ODU game ---

Our marketing department needs help in many aspects.

Wish I could ponder Oregon's message board week in and week out when the uniform for the week is announced ,sheesh. Bet it's a real s##t show! Looks as though I'm in the minority when it comes to uniform colors/combos as I've thought they all have been fine this year. Just handle business Sat night.
