With Troy playing Georgia Southern next week, can anyone bring themselves to pull for GSU? If they could pull off a win, they would put us in a two way tie. I really don't think NMSU can beat ArkSt.

Yes! Sure, they are a bunch of inbreeding red necks from Stinkville, but they cant help that. I pull for them a lot against the other Sunbelt teams. That makes our wins over them even more meaningful.

You guys go for it. I don't care about that game. I guess it would be better to be solo champs but stAte ain't losing to Texas State. Doesn't matter to me if we split the trophy two ways or three. Only team I care about having braggin' rights on is GS and they're a train wreck. We got our trophy, our guys got their rings, that's all that matters IMO.

Watauga High had a fairly good season this year, won their first playoff game last week. However, ran into a buzz saw Friday night. The Pioneers had a very good offense, however, no defense.

I've been struggling over this concept but I say start drinking (adult beverages) heavily at lunch and pull for the Eagles although I have more respect for the Trojan team this year. I guess it's slightly better for a 2 way tie than a 3 way tie, but it's true, we get the trophy either way. Watch for Texas State to go for broke though...also, stAte has been on an emotional roller-coaster and it'll be their 3rd road game in a row so they could come out flat and let Tx State hang around and then weird things can happen.

I think the GaSo/Troy is a win-win for us! If GaSo wins it helps our Conference Championship status if GaSo loses, well, that's always a good thing!
