Where is the App Nation Tailgating at Troy?

Who knows where we can tailgate? Hope to arrive by noon. And any chance the game could sell out? I've been waiting to get GA tix on Saturday.

I'm tailgating with some of the Troy faithful. I usually do what I recommend visitors do in Boone - wear my App colors, be polite, and enjoy some southern hospitality.

There should be ample free parking. There's also $10 parking at the high school right across the street from the stadium.

I'm headed down tomorrow ... not looking forward to going through Atlanta ... can't wait to be back home in Alabama!

Just found out last night my buddy was off work Saturday and wanted to go to the game tomorrow. Called this morning and got 2 tickets in the App section 105. Pleasantly surprised since I thought that section was sold out. Headed down in the morning from Atlanta. Let's Go Mountaineers!!!!

2 years ago when I was down there, they sold beer. We had just walked into the stadium and a guy in an App shirt saw us, held up 2 16 oz beers and said "They sell beer here!" $5 a can and pretty good selection. I think things will be much different this year. It was a beautiful day and there were about 1000 people, including players in the stadium. Someone gave us tickets, we didn't even have to buy them.

We left this morning and are about an hour and a half from Troy. I am going to look for places later today and I will get back to you brother!!

Drove around earlier... Looks like we are going to tailgate at the Armory across the street from the stadium. Talked with some of the guys that work there and they said they were actually going out of town tomorrow.

parking looks full.
We ended up parking at the high school. Right now there's plenty of parking.

We were just asked to leave my someone in a Troy shirt. Mentioned that people pay to park here (similar to our Yosef Club I am assuming) and that people are upset. My wife just went and talked to someone in the armory and they told her that Troy is given the property knowing that military people are allowed to park here as long as they have a military ID.

Should be an interesting couple of hours!
