New bleachers look great. Also looks like Rubino is about to get some work in in that picture.

are there any pictures online of the finished field (end zones) and how the enhanced end-zone seating looks?

I have a framed aerial shot of a near capacity crowd at KBS with black endzones (APPALACHIAN & MOUNTAINEERS) in my office. As I sit here cleaning up from taking time away from work for the UT game, that picture stares back at me.

I can't wait to be back home in Boone for some App football. I know I'll be in the same seats this coming Saturday that I am in that pic on the wall. Where will you be for the return of the old [black endzones] with a splash of the new [whiteout]?

I checked out the end zones on Monday. They still have the gold goal line and the white boundaries. Looks how an App State end zone should look like.

BTW, I got a 10 x 20 all green piece of the old end zone, . Drove up as the workers were throwing the pieces in the dumpster and they asked if I wanted a piece. Not that heavy once 99% of the infill is taken out, but I got sand and pellets all over me carrying it. Gonna cut it up and put it on my deck.

Sounds like quite the sweaty endeavor.
