I know we have 7 going!! Have we ever sold out of our Elon allotment?

I'm guessing this will be your first time going to the App/Elon game in Elon? I went in 2009 and the place was probably filled with 50% App fans. In fact we helped set their current attendance record that day. Like T-Dog said, there are plenty of seats still available in non-visitor sections at this time. If you end up sitting in any section other than 112 on that same side, you will most likely still be surrounded by App fans. I encourage all fans within a reasonable driving distance to come to this one. It will be the last time we get to take over that stadium.
That 2009 game was beyond sweet! Wasn't that the one that Elon had a special on early tickets for their boosters and made the mistake of letting the whole world know the link? There were at least as many of us as there were of them. Several of their Greek organizations had scheduled formals that night, too, so a bunch of their "fans" checked out not long after half-time. The long walk back to the car was quite enjoyable ...

Yes it was....our group got cussed out a few times on the walk back. Their misery brought a smile to my face! Another great memory from this game was their communications failure. They let slip a 2009 SoCon Champions banner on their website, I believe before the game even began. Someone on this message board must have this saved somewhere..

Speaking of Elon, were tickets to be included in our season-ticket packets or will they be mailed later?

Ordered my two tickets for Elon today. I am trying to convince some of my friends to come with me. Would love to pack out their stadium in black/gold one more time. Go APPS!

This will be my fifth Elon game at Elon. I just never thought we sold our allotment out. We usually bought our tickets for the grass from Elon. This year we actually went through App.

I agree the best Elon game was when they had the 2009 Socon champs papers made up.

Just wanted to let anyone know who may be interested in going to the Elon game, that the App ticket office has tickets available. I think someone in this thread had said the Elon allotment is sold out - this is no longer true! I believe App requested more, as I was just able to buy five tickets in section 110, which is on the 50 yard line. Do not try to order tickets through Elon's website as it will show all sections on the visitor side as sold out. Go here instead:

https://tkt.xosn.com/tickets/TicketHome ... _ID=375119

I recommend calling the ticket office because you can request specific sections. If you order online it will show the seats as 'to be assigned'.

Hope to see a lot of black and gold there!
