More than likely will not hear on Sutton until first off the week.
Hope committee looks at our stats and not game footage.

Get rid of that freaking train horn..... It is the most highschool thing I have ever heard. Each time I hear it I cringe, and now I think of GAST and their ungodly loud horn.

You're so sweet.

The only thing anyone on that committee will see of this game is the final score, which is fine.

Sutton on crutches under the west stands after the game. Looks to be out near-term. Hoping for the best, need our deep threat.

nothing official. They will have a closer look tomorrow.

Really need Virg and Watson to fill the hole that #2 leaves.

FWIW, #25 ranked SMU beat this team 47-17.

And Troy put 63 on these guys.
I’m sure they didn’t play in the s$$t weather either and Tex st was only down a score at half against smu

And Troy got crushed by ULL..... It all doesn't matter. Just win the games decisively.

Like how we fought off a little adversity, and won an ugly grind-it-out game in horrible weather. Way to go boys!

Just a comment - I don't know how many football games I have seen in my 70 years but it is in the 1000s but I can never remember seeing a game where at the end of the half or game with less than 15 seconds on the clock and over 50 yards to go where the defense did not have a single deep defender - :? :? :?

I said this earlier in the thread and it will be with me forever so bad! But they did recover in second half.and we are 10-1 amazing!

I heard on the radio, after the game, that they seemed to always slant and put extra defenders on the side that we ran. It sounds like maybe we have become predictable in showing which side we are running to by our line-up OR they possible are stealing our signs.

Louisiana is a very good ball team. If we play them like we did Texas State, they will plow us.

Texas State has lost a bunch of games but they put up points against everybody. I don’t think their as bad as most of us, myself included, thought they were. Neither SMU or ULL beat them much worse than we did. I haven’t watched any of their games but looking at their record in whole I don’t feel as bad about our showing as I did during the game.

Another nice td run by Evans! He has been impressive this year, I really wish we got him more touches during the games. Homerun threat every time he touches the ball.
It’s funny how things change. Just 4 minutes before this post you complained about how much we run the ball. Don’t take it personally, I just notice this a lot from fans. They hate the runs that go for 2 or 3 yards and love the runs that end up in the end zone.
