I didn't read the piece and I'm not going to because I don't care. As long as the guy is giving it to every team and not just singling out one, it seems fair to me. Personally I'm too superstitious to rag on any team the week of the game. Especially when we suck and almost any team has an opportunity to beat us.

Those basic English rules seem fundamental to me. I think I first learned them in elementary school--3rd or 4th grade--if not earlier.

I was also taught to read the questionable sentence aloud to myself. If it sounds funky, then it may be time for a rewrite.

After reading all the other pregame write-ups, I am confused as to why this one has generated so much conversation. It is no different in tone than those for the previous five opponents. It's almost as if there is some other agenda. But that couldn't be now could it?

HkyMountaineer, which of T-Dog's comments/assertions are you challenging? Instead of issuing a diatribe bemoaning the article, why not refute any factual inaccuracies in his piece? If there are no factual inaccuracies, I would remind you that this is NOT a University sponsored website, regardless of how many of our fans (or fans of other schools) visit it. And by the way, as far as grammatical mistakes, I don't think you want to go there. i.e., "having went there" You might also check the meaning of "gregarious."

I was going to leave that alone but "went" and "gregarious" broke me up. I respect Liberty's right to handle their faith based affairs the way they want....I just disagree with just about everything they espouse.

I cant help the fact our coach gifted them a win in which we outgained them by 130 yards. They just gave up 630 yards to the worst team in the FBS. They aren't good and aren't better than us. But did win a game. We beat Michigan in 2007. They out gained us by a good margin and went on to have a 8-4 record in the Big10 and beat Tebow Gators in a bowl game. Sometimes the better team doesnt always win.
