We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

Highlights of other teams facing the Panthers? For his sake, I hope he gets paid by the word.

Sorry, originally posted from my I phone. At the Panthers game when they showed highlights from other games, David Jackson was doing the voice over. Did a good job. This was the first time I had heard him do it.

He's got a Sunday show on ESPN730 from 7-9 am called the Sunday Lead so he's definitely staying busy.

Guys, DJ has a wife and two young children. Thanks to C.Cobb, he's making about one-third of the salary he should be making. Hopefully, Doug Gillin will come to that realization and take the necessary steps to fix it. In the mean-time, DJ's doing what he thinks best in the way of providing for his family's needs. I don't blame him one little bit.T-Dog wrote:He's got a Sunday show on ESPN730 from 7-9 am called the Sunday Lead so he's definitely staying busy.
Gillin needs to handle this appropriately before someone makes DJ an offer he can't afford to turn down. DJ lives and breathes AppState Sports, but that doesn't pay the mortgage and build savings to put two children through college.

Amen, amen, and amen! He lives, breathes, and loves AppState Sports and is the voice of all Mountaineer Sports. His voice over the air is as distinctive as any broadcaster ever. I always know when I've hit the right radio because of his voice. I agree that Mr. Gillin needs to make his salary commensurate to his value to ASU. I consider that to be a tremendous value!asu66 wrote:Guys, DJ has a wife and two young children. Thanks to C.Cobb, he's making about one-third of the salary he should be making. We don't slide at Appalachian State. It's a sign of weakness.
