Holy cow. I just met him last week when my son bought the townhouse next door to him in Mt. Pleasant, SC. He and his wife were heading back to Boone the next day looking forward to football season. Wow, you never know..,,

I knew him when I worked at BGC. They called him “thumper” because ha dropkicked his club every swing. Super nice guy. Very sad.

Randy was the scorekeeper for basketball and would ump Tuesday and Wednesday night home baseball games, then talk to us on the hill on the weekends about the calls he made.

I can imagine how Jeannine is feeling right now. I left her a message Wednesday for a story and her voice mail always has a "Go Mountaineers!" or something of the sort in it.

OMG.. Randy was such a nice guy. I'm going to miss talking with him. So sad.
